Our accommodations are meant to offer guests a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Guests frequently tell us how much they love the peaceful environment which they find themselves in when staying with us at the cottages. To help ensure that each guest has a wonderful experience here at Rocky Point Farms Cottages, please read the following house rules and guidelines:
Each cottage is specifically designed for a MAXIMUM of 4 Adults OR 2 Adults and 3 children. (The Hideaway Cottage maximum 4 adults and 1 child OR 2 Adults and 3 children)
The cottage must NOT exceed 5 people. If 5 people are a necessity please bring a cot or an air mattress.
Hot tubs are for guest use only.
INVITING FRIENDS: Total number of people at each cottage at any time is a maximum of 8 and no unregistered guests after 10pm. Kayaks and hot tubs are intended for Guest use only.
Quiet hours 11pm – 7 am
SMOKERS: No smoking of any kind indoors. No smoking or vaping on deck.
Smokers, please put all butts in a disposable container.
PETS: over 35 lbs 1 dog maximum, under 35 lbs 2 dog maximum.
Please try not to let pets jump up on furniture. Use covers on furniture if necessary for persistent pets.
Check In: 4pm (message host if you’d like to check in sooner)
Check Out: 11am
Please make sure all dishes are cleaned and any appliances you may have used are cleaned as well before check out.
Please leave furniture where you found it.
Please close all windows when leaving.
*You do not have to remove bed sheets.
Please take out garbage and recyclables daily, extra bags are provided under the sink and there is a garbage and recycle bin on the outside of the Laundry Facility for extra garbage.
For guests staying for long periods of time, laundry room is available upon request.
Please read hot tub safety rules before entering hot tub.
If you do not know how to use outdoor hot tub cover lifter, please ask host for assistance.
