Rocky point Farms Cottages is a new vacation cottage accommodation destination built near St. Andrew's by-the-sea, NB. We have 20 acres of wooded land located on the beautiful Waweig River (ocean). Our property has direct access to a popular walking, hiking, ATV’ing, horseback riding, and snowmobiling trail that extends throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick. (Snowmobiling zone 7).
Access to Rocky Point Farms Cottages is 1 km off the main highway making it very easy to locate. We are minutes from St. Stephen as well as the acclaimed tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. Within these towns you will find various attractions and activities to enjoy such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, golfing and more.
Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The Waweig River is a tidal river making our water’s edge most interesting for those who love to watch the wonders of the Bay of Fundy in action. During high tide, the water at this particular part of the bay is unlike any other areas of the river as it quite often becomes spectacularly smooth and calm. This makes an excellent point of entry for kayakers and paddleboarders to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to take a walk and have a closer look.

Tidal Tranquility Cottage with shared Hot tub
Cottage 2 - Experience the peacefulness of Tidal Tranquility Cottage. An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that pour natural light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen with high-end appliances. Enjoy morning coffee on a spacious outdoor deck in quiet reflection or take an easy walk to the dock to visit the spectacularly smooth and calm waters at high tide. Each cottage has its own parking space and designed for maximum privacy. Shared hot tub with the guests of Compass Cove Cottage. Hot tub has semi-private walls for ultimate privacy. Hot tub open all year. Hot tub for registered guests only.

A cozy, pet-friendly inviting space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that pour natural light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen. Take an easy walk to the dock to visit the spectacularly smooth and calm waters at high tide or go for a walk with your dog through the woods on a long private walking trail. This cottage shares an outdoor hot tub with the guests of Tidal Tranquility Cottage. Hot tub has semi-private walls. Hot tub for registered guests only.

Cottage 4 - Tucked in the back is the Hideaway Cottage, one of four newly built vacation rental cottages at Rocky Point Farms. An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that pour natural light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen with high-end appliances. This cottage is the perfect option for families as there is a bunk bed with twin/double! This cottage is also pet-friendly. This cottage has a private hot tub (for registered guests only). No water views. Each cottage has its own parking space.

Our cottages are kept exceptionally clean and the grounds are maintained by professional landscapers. If guests feel that they would like to interact with us during their stay, we make this possible by having our staff available 24/7. We make it easy to provide exceptional service, extra security, but also giving our guests the privacy they need to have a peaceful stay.
We offer direct access to trail systems in Charlotte County, New Brunswick. This makes us truly a destination for all varieties of trail users. From walkers to mountain bikers, horseback enthusiasts, ATV'rs and snowmobiling users we offer parking and storage facilities like none other. For guests bringing their own ATV’s or horses, we can provide secure facilities for equipment.

Hiking Trails
Walk the beautiful forest trails with your family, dog, or friends. The trails are directly connected to the rental cottages and are also suitable for mountain biking and sightseeing as well.
Our location is an excellent choice for ATV’rs. There is ample space to park trucks and ATV trailers. The trails extend far enough for ATV’rs to take an hour long or a full day journeys.

Shoreline Activities
At the waterfront visitors can either walk the shoreline for sea treasures during low tide or take a kayaking trip down the Waweig River at high tide. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for families with young children. Or visitors can choose to sit on the deck at the waterfront and watch for birds and wildlife.
St. Andrew by-the-Sea
One of New Brunswick’s most visited tourist destinations, St. Andrews by-the-sea, is only a 15-minute drive away. The St. Andrews area has many attractions including the Kingsbrae Garden, the Huntsman Marine Science Center, Ministers Island, a community playground, and whale watching. There is also restaurants, shopping, golfing, and more!

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen. In St. Stephen you will find great shops, restaurants, a chocolate factory and museum, parks, and trails. Ganong Nature Park is a nearby park used for hiking, biking, dog walking, and sightseeing.

Rocky Point Farms Cottages are equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. There are four cottages. There are two bedrooms in each cottage with a queen bed, a couch in the living room, and full kitchen. Each cottage has one washroom.
One cottage is able to facilitate a family of 5 (bunk bed, twin/double).

The cottages include towels and linen, a full kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher), dining area, bathroom, living room with sofa, TV, electric fireplace, an outdoor deck overlooking the waterfront with table, chairs, and BBQ. WIFI. Heat and A/C.
A luxurious hot tub will be provided with some cottages for outdoor relaxation.
Some cottages have water views, all cottages have waterfront access. Laundry facilities available upon request.
